I was at Derek’s for 9 days due to treatment at the Mayo Clinic. The place was a short ride from the clinic. We found plenty of restaurants and local stores easily. We also enjoyed the walking trails behind his house since did quite. In addy my friend enjoyed the balcony where she was able to people watch and have her moments of meditation. I enjoyed the place because I was able to cook breakfast and enjoy several other meals due to Kitchen facilities. I also liked the laundry facilities inside the apartment since I bought a limited amount of clothes.

I lived for a month. Derek is a super host. Highly recommend. I had everything I needed, as if at home. And Derek is very responsive, there were no issues. 10 stars!

Loved every single day the views during the beautiful sunsets. Very well located with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, main highways.
Enjoyed daily walks at the park with very easy access.

Our stay was wonderful!!! It was close to all the restaurants and all the activities we wanted to do like the desert botanical garden. The Derek was extremely nice and helpful when we had questions. I would absolutely love to stay again!!

As advertised, the condo is in a nice spot in Scottsdale and Scottsdale is a great place to stay while seeing Pnoenix and spring training. The condo was spotless and had everything my friend and I needed. There is a CVS within a short walk and it was great to be able to get drinks and most else we needed. Derek was very responsive to messages.
The condo is on the third floor with no elevator (perhaps in issue for disability) and there is a busy street on one side. That being said, I plan to come back to Derek's place hopefully once a year if it is available. Air BNB got the check in information the day we arrived, but not before.
Finally, I found the price very reasonable for such a nice spot. I hope to be back.
