PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is only offered October-April. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests' entire stay; at $35 per night. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 5 degrees; depending on weather. Pool heating is confirmed and charged 3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request. We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping, pool maintenance and crews to take the trash cans out to the street. No cameras are inside the home or in any private spaces. Our neighbors are our friends!
